Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
We take pride in our ability to successfully ship goods to both our domestic and international customers. We currently provide the following shipping method(s):

For the shipping methods, we highly recommend that the customer choose either "Tracked Packet” or “Expedited Parcel” as these two methods have tracking numbers.

Shipping methods such as "Small Pockets Surface” and “Small Pockets Air" have no tracking number and thus cannot be tracked; choose these two shipping methods at your own risk, as we will not be held responsible for any loss of shipment.

IMPORT TAX, DUTY, AND BROKERAGE FEE:
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the import tax, duty, and customs brokerage fee, if required.

LOSS OR DAMAGED CLAIMS:
Claims for loss or damaged goods must be made with the carrier, as the carrier has responsibility for the goods after they leave our warehouse. Please check parcels for signs of mishandling before accepting them.

RETURNS:
Merchandise (unopened & unused) can be returned for credit only within 14 days from the date of purchase. Outdated (expired) merchandise cannot be returned for credit. Merchandise cannot be accepted for credit without previous written authorization; credit will not be issued for merchandise returned without authorization. A minimum 15% restocking charge will apply on all returns. Customer will be responsible for the return postage.

ADJUSTMENTS:
In the event of an error in billing or shipment, please do not change the invoices. Please notify us within ten days and we will make the necessary adjustments.
