Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
We take pride in our ability to successfully ship goods to both our domestic and international customers. We currently provide the following shipping method(s):
- CanadaPost

IMPORT TAX, DUTY, AND BROKERAGE FEE:
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the import tax, duty, and customs brokerage fee, if required.

DAMAGED CLAIMS:
Claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier, as the carrier has responsibility for the goods after they leave our warehouse. Please check parcels for signs of mishandling before accepting them.

RETURNS:
Merchandise cannot be accepted for credit without previous written authorization; credit will not be issued for merchandise returned without authorization. Only unopened & unused merchandise can be returned. A minimum 15% restocking charge will apply on all returns. Outdated merchandise cannot be returned for credit.

ADJUSTMENTS:
In the event of an error in billing or shipment, please do not change the invoices. Please notify us within ten days and we will make the necessary adjustments.
